"Art" Hi-Fi-Vintage Speakers
In the beginning of 2022 Arno started pimping vintage hi-fi speakers. Various techniques are used for this, including epoxy resin, upholstery and decoupage. Guveau's artworks are attached to the speakers in different ways.
Vintage Art Speakers in whose musical spiritual inhabitants have played for millenea in our heads, therin the art does inhabit the void... and so it was...

- Photo Automat -
Vintage Art Speaker
Vintage B&W speakers, 8 Ohm - 100 Watts, with a bronze-covered front and top panel. A plexy glass layer has also been placed between the top panel and the speaker. The Art Guveau work of art "Photo Automat" (shot in Berlin in 2013) decorates all four side surfaces and thus colors with the wood veneer, which is provided with a layer of mahogany stain. The black painted bottom is apart from 3 silencers per speaker, also equipped with a nice-looking iron power cable.

- The Mask -
Vintage Art Speaker
Vintage Philips 4-way speakers from the late 1970s, 4 Ohm, 40 Watt. The sides as well as the tops are covered with the artwork "The Mask" from 2017. The original speaker fabric has been replaced by a quirky, gold-colored transparent fabric, which gives the speakers a magical appearance and transports you to a Fassbinder-like fairy tale. The back is in high-gloss black and also features the original, metal AGV-Sonics Logo, designed by Dutch Designer Bob Gabriel

- Brick Lane Pelican -

Vintage Philips 1-way speakers from the early 1980s, 4 Ohm, 10 Watt. The sides are covered with the artwork "Brick Lane Pelican" from 2012. The original speaker fabric has been removed and the protective plate is covered with silver leaf and a thick layer of epoxy resin. The back is matte black and features the original, metal AGV-Sonics Logo, designed by Bob Gabriel.

- Mikro Cafe -
Vintage Art Speaker
Vintage Philips 1-way speakers from the early 1980s, 4 Ohm, 10 Watt. The sides are covered with the artwork "Mikro Cafe" from 2015. The original speaker fabric has been removed and the protective plate is covered with 100% cotton print and a thick layer of epoxy resin. The Mikro Cafe print shines through the back of the speaker and gives a very special touch to it and features the original, metal AGV-Sonics Logo, designed by Bob Gabriel.

- Octopussy -
Vintage Art Speaker
Yamaha NX-E300 2-way speakers, 6 Ohm, 40-100 Watt. The sides are covered with the artwork "Octopussy" from 2020. The front and the back have a new layer of paint in the colors bronze and brown. The bass reflection hole is provided with a protective grid. Also added to the rear the original, metal AGV-Sonics Logo, designed by Bob Gabriel.a very good and big sound comes out of these relatively small speakers.
